01

Plain-language summary

Pilzo Studios does not require a Lumzo Arcade account and does not run its own player database at launch. Your coins, skins, settings, achievements and game progress are stored locally in the app on your device. Optional Apple Game Center features and Google AdMob advertising are provided by those companies under their own privacy terms.

The short version

We collect only what is needed to operate and support the game. We do not sell your personal information.

02

Data stored on your device

Lumzo Arcade stores game progress locally, including:

  • coins collected and spent;
  • owned and equipped skins;
  • high scores, run counts, streaks and gameplay statistics;
  • achievements and mission progress;
  • audio, haptic, privacy and control preferences; and
  • limited ad timing and frequency information.

Pilzo Studios does not receive this local progress. Depending on your Apple device and backup settings, Apple may include app data in a device backup. Apple controls those backups.

03

Apple Game Center

If you use Game Center, Lumzo Arcade may submit eligible scores and display leaderboard information through Apple. Apple manages your Game Center identity, authentication and leaderboard data. Pilzo Studios does not receive your Apple ID password.

You can manage Game Center in your device settings. Read theApple Privacy Policyfor details about Apple's processing.

04

Advertising

Lumzo Arcade uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to show ads. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, device or app identifiers where permitted, approximate location derived from network information, diagnostics, and ad interactions. This information can be used to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and keep the service secure.

The app is configured for age-appropriate advertising, including child-directed treatment and a maximum ad content rating of G. We use Google's User Messaging Platform where a privacy or consent message is required. Available ad privacy choices can be opened from the Privacy and data section inside Lumzo Arcade settings.

05

Motion controls

Some games use your device's motion sensors for tilt controls. Motion readings are used in real time to move the character and are not stored by Pilzo Studios or sent to our servers.

06

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request, investigate technical issues and protect the game. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

07

Children and younger players

Lumzo Arcade is designed for a broad audience that may include younger players. The game has no public chat, user-generated content or Pilzo Studios account system. We do not knowingly ask children to provide names, addresses or other direct identifiers. A parent or guardian should contact support on behalf of a child.

Advertising is configured with child-directed treatment. Google may still process limited data needed to serve contextual ads, measure delivery, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

08

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you;
  • request correction or deletion;
  • object to or restrict certain processing; and
  • withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

Most game progress is only on your device, so Pilzo Studios cannot access or identify it. You can reset local progress from the app or remove it by deleting the app. Manage Game Center through Apple and ad privacy choices through the app's privacy settings when available.

09

Retention and deletion

Local game progress remains on your device until you reset it or delete the app, subject to any Apple device backups. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, resolve related issues and meet legal obligations. Apple and Google set their own retention periods for information they process.

Service providers may process information in countries outside your own. Where required, they use legal safeguards for international data transfers under their published terms.

10

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when Lumzo Arcade, its service providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top will show the latest revision.
