Plain-language summary

Lumzo Orbit does not require a Pilzo Studios account and Pilzo Studios does not operate a player-account database. The iOS app stores game progress on your device and uses Apple iCloud and Game Center to back up and restore eligible progress. It also offers optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob.

Game data and cloud saves

Lumzo Orbit stores game data locally in app storage. When you use the iOS app with the relevant Apple services available, eligible game data is also sent to and stored in your Apple iCloud account for backup, restoration and synchronization. This may include:

• best orbit score, best Perfect streak and best Lumzite run;
• Lumzite balance and collected rewards;
• owned and equipped skins and trails;
• achievement statistics and claimed achievement rewards;
• daily mission progress and claimed mission rewards;
• secret and discovery progress; and
• music, sound, haptic and reduced-motion settings.

Cloud game data is used only to provide game functionality, such as recovering progress after reinstalling the app or continuing on another compatible device. Pilzo Studios does not keep a separate server-database copy of this game data. The web edition uses separate browser storage and does not share progress with the iOS app.

Apple Game Center and iCloud

The iOS app uses Apple Game Center for the global leaderboard and submits your best orbit score. It also uses Game Center Saved Games for a full progress backup and Apple iCloud key-value storage as an additional recovery record for owned skins and trails.

Apple manages your Game Center identity, authentication, leaderboard information and iCloud storage. Cloud saving depends on your device being signed in to the relevant Apple services and on iCloud Drive being available. Pilzo Studios never receives your Apple ID password. Apple processes this information under the Apple Privacy Policy.

Advertising and analytics

Lumzo Orbit offers optional rewarded ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Google and its advertising partners may process information such as your IP address, device or app identifiers where permitted, approximate location derived from network information, diagnostics and ad interactions. This can be used to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and keep the service secure.

Google's User Messaging Platform is used where a privacy or consent message is required. Available advertising choices can be reviewed from Ad Privacy Options in the app's Settings. Lumzo Orbit does not currently use a separate analytics service.

Support messages

If you email Pilzo Studios, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to answer your request and investigate technical issues. Support information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request and meet applicable legal or security requirements. Please do not send passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information.

Children and younger players

Lumzo Orbit has no public chat, user-generated content or Pilzo Studios account system. We do not knowingly ask children for names, addresses or other direct identifiers. Apple and Google services remain subject to their own age requirements and family settings. A parent or guardian should contact support on behalf of a child.

Your choices and deletion

You can control music, sound, haptics, motion effects and available advertising privacy choices in Settings. Rewarded ads are optional. You can manage Game Center, iCloud and iCloud Drive from your Apple device settings. Disabling those services may prevent future cloud backup or restoration.

Deleting Lumzo Orbit removes its local app data, but it may not delete game data already stored in your iCloud account. Apple controls the available iCloud and Game Center data-management options. If you need help managing or deleting Lumzo Orbit cloud data, contact Pilzo Studios or Apple Support. You may also contact Pilzo Studios to ask about, correct or delete personal information contained in a support conversation.

Changes and contact

Pilzo Studios is responsible for the data processing described in this policy, except where Apple, Google or another provider acts under its own privacy terms. We may update this policy when Lumzo Orbit, its platform services or legal requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
